Is it free?
Yes, completely. No fees, no Tikkies, no premium tier. Just parents helping parents.
How do swaps actually happen?
Once two parents are matched, we'll email you both with each other's neighbourhood and a friendly intro. You arrange a hand-off that works — usually a quick coffee or a doorstep drop.
What about hygiene and cleaning?
We trust parents to give a quick wipe-down before swapping. If a toy turns up in worse shape than described, just let us know and we'll sort it out.
What if I don't like the toy I get?
No drama. We'll line you up with someone else next round, and worst case the toy goes back into the next swap.
Will my email or photos stay private?
